• I trained and developed an existing team of 5 employees to produce 20% more revenue in the first year working together. A group who didn’t think they could affect their departments total revenue. Believing that only the sales team could do that. Together we worked on improving their services to their existing clients. Their existing clients where more than happy to pay for the improved service. 

• I’ve been trusted to help a company begin their own local fulfillment center. Involving 2 warehouses and the hiring, training, and development of a team of now 50 employees. A now well established and high performing team. 

• Since 2017 I‘ve invested over 15,000 hours in 3 topics: Leadership, Psychology, and Philosophy.
