Believing that only the sales team could do that. Together we worked on improving our services to our existing clients. Our existing clients where more than happy to pay for the improved service. 

• I’ve been trusted to help a company begin their own local fulfillment center. Involving 2 warehouses and the hiring, training, and development of a team of now 42 employees. A now well established and high performing team. 

• Over the last 8 years I‘ve invested over 10,000 hours in 2 topics: Leadership and Personal development.
